Last updated: 10 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Anaj Capital Private Limited (CIN U64920GJ2023PTC144327) ("Anaj Capital", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit anajcapital.com or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Anaj Capital is the Data Fiduciary.
1. Personal data we collect
- Data you give us: your name, work email address, company name (optional) and the contents of your message when you use the contact form or email us.
- Technical data: limited information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, processed by our hosting and security providers.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this website. The spam-protection check on our contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process device and browser signals solely to distinguish people from automated bots.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a product demo and continue the conversation you started.
- To protect the website and the contact form against spam, fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We process the data you submit on the basis of your consent, given when you send the form or email us, and for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act. We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decisions that affect you.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with processors that help us run this website and reply to you, under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security: our website hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), our transactional email provider (Resend) and our email provider (Google Workspace). Some of these providers may process data outside India; where they do, we rely on transfers permitted under the DPDP Act. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a lawful order of a competent authority.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you and for any follow-up you request, and then delete it, unless a longer period is required by law. Technical logs are retained by our providers for short periods according to their policies.
5. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may: request a summary of the personal data we process about you; ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it; withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out); nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and raise a grievance with us. To exercise any of these rights, email aagam@anajcapital.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
6. Security
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board as required by law.
7. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18 years of age.
8. Grievance redressal
For questions, requests or grievances about this policy or your personal data, contact our grievance contact at aagam@anajcapital.com. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and resolve them within the time required by applicable law.
